Rounding Boards
This is a small collection of pictures during the assembly of the rounding boards.

The inital layout drawing, drawn to scale and carvings of the detail peices based on the image.
The intial profiles cut and glued to the rounding board formers. Notice that there are strenghthening jigs glued to to the outter corners.
Those will be removed later but hold the joints strong for the moment.
The 8 profiles with detail work on them. I'll post pics of the castings for the detail later.
Here the rounding boards have been fitted and are temporarily attatched for final adjustments before they get drilled for lighting.
