Whittle Aero V-8 Head Construction

I probably won't 'serialize' this build due to the fact that I never stop and think about taking pics when I'm machining ;)

Head billets blued with my favorite marking pen and scribed for centerline. 10/9/06, I forgot to set the date.

Head billets with the centers of piston relief and hold locations center marked.

The next stage, piston reliefs marked and hold down bolt holes drilled. Gotta love DRO's

Piston reliefs cut on the mill to preserve centerline, DRO used for placement.

Valve ports cut, still need to cut valve seats.
